Dr. Clark graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation Dr. Clark completed an equine internship at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, WA. Following her internship Dr. Clark accepted a position as an associate veterinarian at East County Large Animal Practice in San Diego, CA. She then married her husband, who is in the military, and they were relocated to Pensacola, FL. She has worked at Northwest Florida Animal Clinic for the past 4 years, before branching out on her own.
Alternative and complementary medicine has been an interest of Dr. Clark's and to pursue that she attended Options for Animals Chiropractic College in Wellsville, KS. Options for Animals is one of three places in the country where a doctor (veterinarian or chiropractor) can receive this training. At the end of this course Dr. Clark tested and became certified in animal chiropractic by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Clark is currently attending the Chi Institute in Reddick, FL to study Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and become a certified veterinary herbalist. In addition, she is also taking an evidence based acupuncture course and hopes to one day become a certified acupuncturist.
